My background in finance, accounting, building, and development allows me to engage in all real estate services for my clients. Licensed since 1993 as a real estate agent and with almost 27 full years of practice, I opened Pulliam Realty Group (PRG) in May 2006 after obtaining my broker's license. I have also earned my CRS designation, which only 4% of all Realtors earn in their careers, along with the MRP, e-PRO, and SFR . I believe in higher education and we can only further ourselves by the more we learn.
At PRG, I have a team that specializes in residential buyers and sellers, while I primarily concentrate on commercial and investment properties. We have a commercial division and property management team for those seeking property management. We have a team dedicated to bank/lender foreclosures and short sales and work with HUD transactions on the listing side through an asset manager.

Angela comes to PRG as the co-owner and wife of Rick Pulliam. She is originally from Owenton, KY, and graduated from Owen County High School in 2002. Angie attended the University of Kentucky and has worked in banking, office management, health care practices, and hospitality.
Angie has been residing in Frankfort, KY, where she met Rick in 2009 and they were married in December 2011. Angie and Rick have 4 children: Elizabeth 14, Nevaeh 11, Lexi 7, and recently added a boy to the family, William Richard Pulliam IV.
Jessica R. Lane

Jessi is a true Frankfortonian as she was born in Frankfort and graduated from Frankfort High School in 2003. Jessi spent almost a decade in the manufacturing industry and then helped with civic jobs until the position at Pulliam Realty Group emerged. She became the office assistant and helped immediately with property management when she first joined in August 2017. After learning the business and industry, Jessi took the initiative to attend and graduate from real estate school to pursue her Sales Associate license and become a Realtor.
She passed the test in September 2018 and is on a fast track to becoming a top producer while being promoted to Property Management Team Leader. Jessi is married to Ben Lane and they have 3 children: Corigan, Gabby, and Preston.
As our company continues to expand, the need emerged for an Assistant Office Manager. This role has been filled by Alison Ramirez. Alison comes to PRG with three years of experience in property management and more than ten years of experience in office administration. She fits the bill to work with and assist in our day to day operations of property management for the Frankfort area.
Alison was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Frankfort, KY in June 2020 with her fiancé Russell, a Scott County native, where they plan to set roots and raise a family. Long term, Alison plans to obtain her Sales Associate License and become a Realtor.
Born and raised in Corinth, KY, Jesse graduated from Grant County High School in 1996 and attended the University of Kentucky. Jesse followed his heart into the golf business and served as apprentice and eventually head golf professional at both Longview Golf Course in Georgetown, KY, and Duckers Lake Golf Resort in Frankfort, KY.
As PRG's property management continued to grow we were in need of an accountant and finance manager, so Jesse joined our team as Operations Manager in September 2017. Jesse has resided in the Frankfort, KY area for 20 years and enjoys golf, sports, and UK football and basketball.
John was born and raised in Frankfort and graduated from Franklin County High School in 1971. He immediately joined the United States Marine Corps and proudly served our country from 1971 to 1982. During his service, John served in many capacities and was able to travel many places while earning the rank of E-5, Sergeant. After his service, he worked in the automotive industry, building, and eventually in maintenance while learning many different types of trade.
John joined Pulliam Realty Group in October 2017 while we were looking for maintenance technicians during the expansion of the property management team. When problems arise, we call John Feck!! John enjoys riding motorcycles, golf, and University of Kentucky football and basketball.
