Licensed since 1993 as a real estate agent and with almost 27 full years of practice, I opened Pulliam Realty Group (PRG) in May 2006 after obtaining my broker's license. I have also earned my CRS designation, which only 4% of all Realtors earn in their careers, along with the MRP, e-PRO, and SFR . I believe in higher education and we can only further ourselves by the more we learn.
At PRG, I have a team that specializes in residential buyers and sellers, while I primarily concentrate on commercial and investment properties. We represent a builder at The Condos at Duckers in Frankfort, KY, that is building single story, ranch condos ranging from $225,000 to $250,000. We also have a team dedicated to bank/lender foreclosures and short sales and work with HUD transactions on the listing side through an asset manager.

As our company continues to expand, the need emerged for an Assistant Office Manager. This role has been filled by Alison Ramirez. Alison comes to PRG with three years of experience in property management and more than ten years of experience in office administration. She fits the bill to work with and assist in our day to day operations of property management for the Frankfort area.
Alison was born and raised in Southern California and moved to Frankfort, KY in June 2020 with her fiancé Russell, a Scott County native, where they plan to set roots and raise a family. Long term, Alison plans to obtain her Sales Associate License and become a Realtor.
